This project involved moving the driveway to improve privacy and lessen a steep grade. A welcoming, garden-like front entry to the house was also added. Access around the house as well as to the lakeshore was provided by landscaped stone paths. A back living area incorporates beautiful views of Lake Sunapee.

The goal of this project was to provide a warm, welcoming entry to a restored farmhouse. The entry was paved with granite cobbles inlaid with ledgestone. Large granite boulders add spontaneous seating opportunities. A deck punctuated with two large openings allows the canopies of two birch trees to continue growing.
