Consultation & Site Analysis

The goal of the initial consultation is to meet with you, assess your needs, discuss ideas, and determine project goals.

In analyzing the site, environmental and cultural information is gathered to ensure that the design will be sensitive to, and created within, the context of the site.  Examples of this are noting the sun levels, wet areas, ledge outcrops, wind direction, runoff patterns, architecture, good views, etc.

Understanding your goals and these specific site qualities will govern the direction of the conceptual design phase.
