Construction Documents

If you choose to use another builder or build yourself, further detail may be required to properly install one of our designs.

As designer and builder, we can accurately construct without preparing a great deal of details because of our past experiences and being able to easily communicate with our own construction crew.  However, without further detailing, an outside contractor may not be able to understand the full intent of the design and may not be able to deliver a product at its highest quality without additional details and specifications which we can provide.

Examples of other types of drawing that may be necessary to build a project include lighting, drainage, and planting plans as well as details, sections, and elevations.
