Entry Level Landscape Architect/Designer: We are seeking an entry-level associate to join our office team.  Duties of this position would include assisting the office team with design, permitting, estimating, sales, marketing, billing and general administrative tasks.  The ideal candidate for this position possesses an undergraduate or graduate level degree in landscape architecture, horticulture or a closely related field.  Candidate should have an out-going, sales-oriented personality, and be willing to learn new things in a fast paced environment.  Candidate should be proficient in MS Office, AutoCad, and Adobe Creative Suite.  Experience with Sketch Up, Vectorworks, Quickbooks or other design software a plus.  Candidate should also be open to periodic fieldwork, as it is essential in learning the ins and outs of the design/build industry.  Compensation and benefits to commensurate with experience.

Project Manager: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing company.  Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in residential landscape construction techniques, equipment, management and estimating.  Candidate should be highly organized and have the ability to manage several jobs at once.   Ideal client has a degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or business.  Tasks include daily oversight of construction crew(s), tracking job progress, ordering materials, scheduling, estimating, sub-contractor/consultant coordination and most importantly excellent customer service. Compensation and benefits to commensurate with experience.

Landscape Foreperson: We are seeking to add a Foreperson to our construction team.  The ideal candidate has several years of landscape construction experience and is experienced in operating machinery including skid steers, excavators, large trucks, and is proficient in hauling trailers.  CDL A license a plus.   Candidate should have experience in installing dry and wet laid stonewalls, irregular stone patios, pavers, and bricks.  Candidate should also have at least a working knowledge of plant material, installation, and care.  Candidate should have experience in managing a small crew of laborers and be safety and detail oriented. Position can be highly labor intensive so candidates should be physically fit and be able to work under strenuous conditions, rain or shine, typically for long hours.  A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test.  Position is typically seasonal, March-December. Compensation and benefits to commensurate with experience.

Landscape Laborer: We are seeking to add several qualified laborers to our construction team.  Candidates should have an interest and/or experience in the landscape and/or masonry industries and should conduct themselves in a professional manor at all times.   Candidate should demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and a knack for creative problem solving.  Ideally, candidates have or are pursuing undergraduate degrees in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field.  Positions are highly labor intensive so candidates should be physically fit and be able to work under strenuous conditions, rain or shine, typically for long hours.  A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test.  Experience operating machinery such as skid steers and excavators is a plus, as is ability to haul trailers, and a CDL license.  Duties include assisting in installation of stonewalls, patios, plant material, and drainage components.  Position is typically seasonal, March-December. Compensation and benefits to commensurate with experience.
